This winter in NYC, my brain couldn't keep up. Too many quality networking events, founders dinners, 1:1s over coffee. Networking happens every day, and you end up meeting some of the smartest, most interesting people in the world. Most of the context was getting lost without a system to remember it.

So I started hacking it: voice notes I'd send to Claude right after every rich conversation, a "people I met" table on Notion that Claude maintained for me. My latest system in a long line of failed ones. I've been trying to figure out how to cultivate my network for years: failed CRM attempts, a personal newsletter called superfriends, intimate dinner series like Builder's Table, 1:1 interview projects to meet interesting people (Humans of Web3 and Agency Safari). None of them lasted.

The voice notes + Notion CRM combo was the first thing that actually held. But the unlock wasn't me. The models can now easily handle all the context capturing and data entry. Relationships are built on language, that's why LLMs are such a great copilot for networking.

This hack was working too well to keep it to myself. During the same time, Simão had been experimenting with an agentic system that used GitHub data to find cool people and there was an obvious alignment. Simão and I have been shipping together since 2024, and he's the person I trust the most to build an AI product.

We started building noticed on April 1. Two weeks later we ran our co-founder stress test, and incorporated noticed Inc. on April 22.

Five weeks in, noticed is taking shape.

We explored different directions, tested different shapes, talked to dozens of people. Simão and I have been using and refining the first noticed prototype every day: a multi-channel agent that pulls from LinkedIn, GitHub, and Google, with a relationship memory underneath.

Four highlights from April:

  1. We field-tested noticed at Agents Day in Lisbon. First time noticed met 100+ builders outside our trusted circle. People asked their agent who to meet at the event, and noticed matched them with teammates for a one-day project. We also put the 1:1 matches on a giant screen, and the demand signal was real. 2. Your brain only remembers 5% of your network. noticed unlocks the other 95%. Getting to a framing this sharp took weeks, but it's the kind of clarity you need to get in top accelerators like YC and Speedrun. Read more →
  3. We open-sourced two production tools. noticed-claw is the multi-tenant agent harness we built. noticed-labs is a set of eval skills that gave us a 5.6x speedup on our pipeline. Both live at github.com/noticedso, and we wrote up the approach behind each one. Multi-tenant agents → / Lab skills →
  4. Our contrarian bet: GitHub is the new social graph for founders. Everyone scouts founders on LinkedIn, but the real signal is on GitHub. noticed already indexed all the public GitHub data since 2020: 100M+ accounts, and a head start that's hard to replicate. Read more →

We spent the last years at Talent Protocol building reputation infrastructure used by 1M+ onchain builders and adopted by Coinbase. Now we're using everything we learned to help founders turn their dormant network into an unfair advantage.

We're inviting a small group of founding angels to back noticed at day 0. If you're excited about what we're building, reply this week and we'll share the details.
