By accessing or using noticed.so ("the platform"), operated by noticed ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. description of service

noticed is a developer intelligence platform that helps professionals manage their network, discover connections, and improve career visibility. The platform integrates with third-party services including GitHub, Google, and LinkedIn to provide its features.

3. accounts

• You must authenticate using a supported OAuth provider (GitHub, Google, or LinkedIn) to create an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep your connected accounts secure.
• You may connect multiple providers to a single noticed account. Account merging is handled automatically for verified email providers.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform by automated means beyond what is provided through our interface.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its systems.
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.

5. third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party services (GitHub, Google, LinkedIn, and others). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. You may disconnect any third-party service at any time from your account settings.

6. intellectual property

The platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by noticed and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the service.

You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
