about noticed
Relationships shape what happens next.
noticed is an applied research team building AI for professional relationships. We bring the context behind your network together so you can see who matters, why now, and what a thoughtful next step could be.

Why we’re building noticed
People already have the relationships. The context is what gets lost.
The customer who would be a perfect fit, the person who could make an introduction, the friend who has just started a company: the useful connection is often already somewhere in your network.
But the details that make a relationship useful are scattered across email, calendars, social accounts, and memory. A contact list can tell you who someone is. It cannot tell you whether you know them well, what you last talked about, or what would be appropriate to ask.
We’re building noticed to help people make better decisions about who deserves their attention, with the human context and judgment those decisions require.
What we’re working on
Three questions behind relationship intelligence.
Know who someone is
Connect the different accounts and signals that belong to one person, so your network is more than a pile of disconnected profiles.
Understand the relationship
Bring together the history and context that help distinguish a meaningful connection from a name in an address book.
See who matters now
Start with a real goal, then find the people who may help and understand why a conversation could make sense.
The founders
A team that has worked on this problem before.
Filipe and Simão began working together at Talent Protocol in 2024. There, they helped build identity aggregation, network mapping, reputation scoring, and AI systems used by more than one million people. noticed is the next question those years raised: what could software do if it understood not only who people are, but how they are connected?

Filipe Macedo
Co-founder · Product
Filipe works across product, go-to-market, and frontend. He co-founded Talent Protocol, helped raise $3 million, and helped grow its products to more than one million users. After years of trying to keep track of the people he met with notes, dinners, and personal CRMs, he started noticed when a system finally began to hold the context.

Simão Nogueira
Co-founder · AI & engineering
Simão works across AI and engineering. At Talent Protocol, he led AI and built scoring and ranking systems across more than 30 data sources, including automated rewards that distributed more than $600,000 to builders. At noticed, he is applying that experience to identity matching and relationship intelligence.

Why we think we can make this work.
This is a hard problem, and experience alone does not guarantee we’ll get it right. Here’s what gives us conviction—and what we’re working to prove.
We’ve built the foundations before
At Talent Protocol, we worked on identity, networks, reputation, and AI for a community of more than one million people. We’re bringing that experience to a problem we understand from the inside.
The hard part is a problem we know
Finding profiles is only the beginning. noticed focuses on resolving identity, understanding what a relationship means, and judging who is relevant to a specific goal.
Real feedback can make the system better
A person can correct a relationship judgment in a way their inbox cannot. We’re building with early users and measuring whether recommendations lead to useful conversations and outcomes.
We can meet people where they work
General AI agents are improving quickly. Our bet is to build the relationship intelligence they are missing and make it available in the tools people already use.

The best next conversation may already be in your network.
We’re building noticed to help you find it, understand why it matters, and decide what to do next.
