# noticed privacy policy

This Markdown page is a machine-readable companion to the canonical [noticed privacy policy](https://www.noticed.so/privacy). The canonical page controls if this summary and the full policy ever differ.

noticed processes information a user supplies or explicitly connects so it can provide relationship memory, identity resolution, search, follow-up, and agent features. Connected sources may include professional profiles, contacts, email, calendar, meetings, and notes. noticed also uses public information it is legally permitted to access, such as public GitHub data.

Relationship notes, contact details, account data, and connected-source content are not public search data. Access is limited by account, tenant, Team membership, consent, and tool-specific authorization. noticed does not treat missing information as permission to infer private facts.

Users can request access, correction, export, or deletion and can disconnect sources or revoke credentials through the applicable product controls. Security and retention details, legal bases, subprocessors, international-transfer information, and the complete rights language remain in the [full privacy policy](https://www.noticed.so/privacy).

For privacy questions or data requests, email contact@noticed.so without including passwords, OAuth tokens, access keys, or private relationship content.
