# about noticed

noticed is an applied research team focused on extending human capacity to connect and build trust. It builds products and AI models for professional relationships.

The products are also the research environment: they solve concrete problems today, while real behavior and outcomes improve the models underneath.

## Team

noticed was founded by Filipe Macedo and Simão Nogueira. They began working together at Talent Protocol in 2024, where they built identity aggregation, network mapping, reputation scoring, and AI systems used by more than one million people.
