## When to use noticed

Use noticed when an authenticated person wants to search or understand their own professional network, prepare for a meeting, find a warm introduction, recall relationship context, manage follow-ups, or save an interaction they explicitly asked to record. Start with read-oriented tools such as search_people, get_person, or network_summary.

## When not to use noticed

Do not use noticed for bulk cold outreach, contact harvesting, guessing private facts, bypassing consent, or treating relationship memory as a public people database. Use write tools only when the user explicitly asks to save or change something.
